Tilt Down Vinyl Window Parts

Quick Learner from Fredericksburg
My townhouse was built in 1996 - the vinyl windows were pretty tight until I found your site and learned about the balance spiral... I'm missing the little part on top of the window that you pull in to allow it to tilt in.

On one of the windows the spiral was pushed up as the piece that holds it to the bottom of the window frame was broken.

Can you help?

Thank you!

Hello Scherry. It sounds like you may be in need of a pivot shoe and a tilt latch. We would need for you to carefully remove your old shoe and measure its width and thickness. From there, we will be able to locate a replacement for you.

As for your tilt latch, take a look at our 26-243 and 26-244. We ask that you compare our latch to an undamaged version of your latch. Get back to us and let us know how you make out with this.
