Tilt Hardware needs Replacement

A home owner from Sussex NJ says:

Began Spring clean of windows. Issue on two so far. Noticed cracked parts for Tilt in and slide up/down. Windows are original to home (new constrcution) built in 1995.

I included pics of part + window sticker on possible make/model and size

Would you have the needed part as pictured?
