Tilt In Windows - Broken Latch

Question

Please find attached pictures of my broken latch. It is the 2nd picture and it is the right side of the window as looking from the inside of the house.

There is a tag on the frame of the window and it has these part numbers on it:
H-R25-48x77 & H-R40 ? 42 x 60
Sierra DH Tilt

That's all of the info I can supply you.

If you have latch inventory in your warehouse, I would be greatly appreciative.

Could you also send instructions on how to replace the latch?

Hello there!

Start by taking a look at our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. Look over the dimensions and see if they match up with your old latch. I'll also post a video below that will show you how to replace this type of hardware.
