Tilt Latch

Question

Tilt latch for the top of the sash, the bigger white plastic slide is 7/8" x 2" and the 2 tabs on the bottom are 1/4" long. I was able to find the slide part but not the clip or spring on your website.

Thanks for writing in! We do not have a direct replacement for this tilt latch but we have a solution that will work for the repairs. Our suggestion is to use a Surface Mounted Tilt Latch, which will require drilling new installation holes.

In the video tutorial below, we suggest using the 26-228 and 26-229 but we have an assortment of latches on the website that can be used for this conversion. You'll need to look over the dimensions to determine the best fit.
