Tilt Latch

A quick learner from U.S.A. says:

Hello. I need to replace this "slide" lock. The bottom window has a hinges at the side, to swing in for easy cleaning. These windows were installed in 1985. I found an old, hand written receipt for a replacement screen, "mfg- Leo".

I really need a "square tooth" latch... this latch is 3/8" wide. You can see that the locking "tab" broke off.

Hi there! This looks similar to our 18-027 tilt latch. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
