Tilt Latch

A home owner from Murfreesboro, TN says:

I purchase my windows from All Season Window Co in Owensboro KY in 1999.

The folder I still have says they are a Chelsea product, In need a new pair of window latches, see photo. will also need help with removal.

Hi Neil. This tilt latch actually reminds me of older versions of the Certainteed 26-317. The locking tooth's shape makes me wonder however if it's closer to our 26-243 and 26-244 pair. To figure out if either of these sets are what you need, you'll have to remove the tilt latches from the window to compare with the dimensions listed below. Let us know if either the 26-317 or the 26-243 & 26-244 match what you're looking for. Also see the video below that shows how to remove and replace surface mounted tilt latches; I think you will find it helpful.
