This is a left tilt latach off of a Stanley vinly window. This tilt latch snaps in from the top of the sash.

Hi Jordan. Start by comparing these tilt latches to the 26-408 pair. They look similar, but compare the dimensions to your old hardware and let me know if anything differs.
