Tilt Latch Black

Question

length without the catch 2 7/8" (all dimensions could be plus or minus a 1/16th) width 3/4"; distance between attachment holes 1 3/4"; distance from hole closest to frame to frame 3/4". Could be an Alenco V2807 BUT in black.

I believe our 26-410 top tilt latch could fit your window. We only have it in white but you should be able to paint it.
