Tilt Latch Lever

It's not the overall width of the surface levers, or even their shape, that really determine replacements that can work. Instead, the length of the prongs that connect to the tilt latch, as well as space between those prongs, is what determines if there's any replacements. So you'd need to compare those respective dimensions of your old levers with our selection here. There is a chance you might be better off converting to surface-mount tilt latches, like our 26-228 and 26-229. See the video below.
