This tilt latch tab snaps into the tilt latch and the plastic nubs that looked in broke off.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out! The latch you have here can be replaced with either the 26-119 Sash Release Lever or the 26-234 Tilt Latch Actuator. To determine which of these is the right fit for your repairs, you'll need to find an undamaged latch to compare.
