I am hoping you can help -
My son has Simonton windows in his house and it look like they are over 20 years old.
The Tilt Latch on some of his windows are broken. In to cases, its both sides on the same window and they have tilted open on their own, luckily they have not broken.
I am afraid to try and remove any for a picture because they seem so brittle and I am trying to avoid breaking any more. Attached is a picture of the manufacturing info sticker. Hopefully you can figure a part from the model number?
Simonton told my son that they will not work with individuals, only "window people" which really stinks.
