Hi folks,
I want to replace broken tilt latches and ordered some off Amazon. They fit the slot ok but when installed, the spring mechanism is blocked by a small piece on the triangular latch, so these are not the right part for my windows. I've attached pics showing my original latch where you see the triangular piece is smooth and in line with the housing. Does Swisco have these parts?
