Tilt Latch for double hung Alcan windows

A home owner from California says:
The tilt latches on my Alcan double hung windows, installed in 1991, have degraded over time. They have discolored. Plastic is breaking down. Slide on one of them has collapsed into finger hole.

Base is approximately 3 7/16" to 3 1/2" long, 1 3/8" wide, 5/16" high. There is a 1/16" bevel between the bottom base and top. Screws are 2 1/2" between centers.

There are inserts on the bottom into the frame of the sash at the screws.

I am looking for replacements.

Thanks
Nelson

Hey Nelson. If the screw holes are indeed 2-1/2" apart center-to-center, then see our 26-215. Double-check your dimensions and see if you think this could work for you.
