Tilt Latch for double-hung wood window

Part is beige-gold-metallic, FAS-10237 marked on bottom. Window is a wood frame with aluminum cladding on the exterior side. Says "CAMEO" on the side of the lower window frame stamped on the wood when you remove the lower panel.

The one in the picture is bent and I have a couple loose/cracked on other windows. House built in 1994 but guessing after talking to a window person locally these are not original, possibly ~2010 or so replacement windows. Would like to get a few replacements, and also know more about what windows I have. Bought the house about 2 weeks ago.
