Tilt Latch help

A home owner from Oldd Chatham, NY 12136 says:

I ordered what I thought was the proper size for my window, however when it arrived, it was too short and too narrow. it was order #1244212. I have sent the parts back as instructed by Tom Connelly.

I have enclosed pictures of the item that I need and hope that you might be able to help me.

Hi Curtis. See our 26-390 and 26-391 to start. You will need to confirm the dimensions to make sure they match up with your old tilt latch. Let me know what you find.
