A few months back I saw an internal tilt window latch (LH) with your part number 26-221. It's dimensions exactly matched some latches that I need to replace. I also need some RH latches. When to order the parts of this design were no longer available. Is there a latch that will work in place of 26-221 and the RH version?

There are two different options you could take. The first is to consider our 26-322 and 26-323 latches. They are similar in design to your original and may be worth considering. Please understand that I've never tried it myself and I cannot confirm if they will work; this is more of an educated guess.
The second option would be to opt for a surface mount tilt latch. This will ultimately be your best bet and has the highest chance of success. The video below will explain exactly what you need to do and you can see our complete selection of surface mount latches here.
