Hi, Hung. We can definitely help with these parts. The pivot shoe looks like it would be a good match for our 15-195B. I feel very confident this will replace yours.

I'm less certain about the tilt latch, but I'm reminded of our 26-393B. I recommend removing one of yours from the window to confirm that all the details and dimensions we show for this part match.
