Tilt Latches

Both tilt latches broke on one of our Alside Model 02A0 single hung wondows.
Looking at your site, they appear to be the 26-393 or 26-243.
Can you tell me which one is for the Alside 02A0? Or do I need to measure them?

Hollo, most of our hardware is generic and can be used by various window manufacturers. For that reason, you'll need to compare the style and dimensions of your tilt latch to confirm a replacement. If you can remove an undamaged latch and provide us with your dimensions, we'd be happy to research your replacement options.

Hi, I had ordered 2 clips for a tilt window item# 26-371 but they are too short .
My handyman says we need them to be 2" and 3/16 long do you have that size?

It looks like our closest replacement would be the 26-371 top tilt latch but they measure 2-3/32" long, not including the end tooth. Take a look and see if they could work for you.
