Looking at the photos I believe the holes are roughly 2 1/2" apart. Can you help me identify the correct replacement part?

Unfortunately, your top tilt latches are no longer available. We do have the 26-176 and 26-177 top tilt latches that are very close to your dimensions. Please compare and see if this could work for you. Thank you!
