Tilt Latches Rand Left for viyyl Norandex Window

I have attempted to get these parts thru norandex but the process is insane to say the least. The length of the part is about 2-11/16".
I have included pictures of the window ID and the part I am looking for. I need 6 sets of these to start out with.
