I need seven sets of these parts for "construction grade" vinyl, double-hung windows. I have more photos if you need them. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell your tilt latch, unfortunately. The 26-132P is similar though we can't make any promises.

The pivot bar reminds me of the 26-030, 26-226, and 26-352. They appear to be our best matches but review the specifications and see what you think.

Hi Emily,
With one exception, all of the measurements for the tilt latch match. I think that I can make it work.
As for the pivot pins, it's not 100% clear from which face on the socket end you're measuring the distance of the holes. Any one of them might work. I guess that I'll order one of each and hope that one of them fits.
