Tilt Latches for Silverline Windows

Question

I am trying to find where I can purchase these tilt latches for my silverline windows. I've contacted the company and have received an unacceptable response. I need two left and two right latches for my windows

This latch is similar in design to our 26-408. Carefully look over the pictures and dimensions we show on its store page and let me know if you think you could get this to work.
