Tilt Pivot Bar - DHPB-68

I am looking for this pivot bar but can't seem to find the exact one one the sites I've searched. In one online search I found it identified as DHPB-68 but can't find that number anywhere else.

They are supposedly about 3 year old windows but we just bought the home so can't find any more info on brand or who did the work. thanks.
