Tilt Sash Release Lever

Question

I am trying to find Tilt Release Lever
1 and 1/4 inch or anything similar. The latches have broken on my window and I can not tilt the window to open it. Desperate to find something for my window and will most likely need replacement for all the windows.

Brand name...Mastic Vinal Window.
They are out of business.
