Tilt Shoes - see pics please

Question

Need help identifying exactly which tilt shoes we need. Here are pictures of the current ones beside a tape measure. It has a black center and from what we can tell only is 3/8" thick. The part you show with a black center it is 5/8" thick, too big but it has the type of clip we need. Appreciate your feedback.
These go on large sunroom windows for which we are also ordering new spiral balances with green tips- we have figured out what we need there based on the 30" sleeve and already have them in our cart. Thank you.

Thanks for your post! Your tilt shoe reminds me of the 15-212 Pivot Shoe. To determine if this is the correct match, be sure to double check the dimensions below.

Be sure to take a look at the pivot bars, located at the bottom of the sash, to see if they might need to be replaced as well.
