Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't have a spiral balance that measures 7/16" in diameter. Can you double-check that for us? We would also like to see photos of the balance in question along with any attachments.

the balance spring is 29 inches long and appears to have a yellow or white identifier and is 7/16 " in diameter,
the window sash is 15.8 lbs
what part number should I order, I need around 16 of these.

Thank you for the photos. The 3/8" Series 900 and 5/8" Series 600 would be the best we can offer. We recommend you double-check the outer tube's diameter to be safe. Once you've confirmed the diameter, you can refer to the weight chart under the product description on the S900-29 and S600-29 store pages to determine what tip color to select.
