Hello, Attached is a picture of a Balance pivot shoe. The window company Eagleview windows of Jacksonville, FL have gone out of business. The shoe measures 4 3/16" long. The channel is 1 1/2 ". Do you carry replacements?

Your coil balance system looks very similar to our S210-06. However, it's important to note that our balance is 7/8" thick. You should measure your hardware to confirm that the dimensions all match up. Length doesn't matter as much as thickness and width.
