Tilt Window Balance Replacement - TRACO

Question

Hello,
I need to replace tilt window balances for a TRACO double hung aluminum window.

This is for the top sash of the window.

There are two balances on each side of the window, one large diameter and one small diameter per side. All 4 are broken, so I need a total of 4 balances. I believe they are white. See image for more detail. They are 17" long.

Thanks for posting. It's not necessarily odd for a window to have two balances on each side, but it is strange for them to have two different diameters. I've never seen a setup like this before. I guess if it works, it works. See our Series 900 spiral balance for the 3/8" diameter balance and the Series 600 for the 5/8" diameter balance.
