Tilt Window Channel Balance #28C BSI

Thanks for Your Help!
I am fixing my window and this balance is broke on the other side of the window.
I need to know were to buy one. The metal is 28" long .5" wide and .5" deep with the
"end" connector shown in uploaded photo. Thanks!

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S795-28 with the 28C stamp option. This comes attached with the 15-195 shoe by default, but you won't be able to use it. You'll need to pop it off and attach the 15-224 (sold separately). The video below goes over how these parts pop on and off.

Note that we recommend replacing balances in pairs.
