Tilt Window Channel Balance

Question

Want to know which channel balance is correct to replace my tilt window channel balance shown in the photo. There are no ends on the balance and there is a hook end on the string.

Also the balance measures 29 1/4" but it has 2830 stamped on it. Is your 29" length exactly 29" just the metal part? So which length size should I order.

Thanks for posting. All of our balances are made on the full inch. I think a 29" balance can work for you, but if it doesn't you can always lower it by 1/4" to make up the difference.
