Tilt Window External Latch

I am looking to replace some external tilt latch locks. I am having a hard time finding the correct measurements. I have attached pictures for you to see. I have measured 3 1/4" across, 1" down, and 2 1/4" from screw hole to screw hole.

I would start your research by taking a look at the 26-078 Top Tilt Latch, LH and the 26-079 Top Tilt Latch, RH.
