Tilt Window Latch

There are no markings on the existing latch and no make/model on the windows. They are old windows in an Concordia an adult community built many years ago. We recently purchased new 29" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balances for the windows. Code #S600-29. I was thinking of trying the keller window latch. If you are looking at the window from inside the home it is the left side that is missing. Please let me know what you think may be the best match.
