Tilt Window Pivot Bar

Question

I'm looking for 2 pivot bars for my window. The marking I see is "103-2" . Photo is attached.

Thanks for posting! Looks like an old Certainteed pivot bar. They don't make this style anymore but they made the 26-175 to replace it. I know it looks a little different, but believe it or not it works pretty much the same way. See what you think.
