Tilt Window Release Replacement

A home owner from Olathe, Kansas says:
My windows were installed in 1997. I just moved into the house. The manufacturer appears to have been Outlook Window Partnership in Lincoln, NE. They are no longer in business. The etching says, "Outlook 4-69." I believe the part number is 503070, which apparently has been discontinued. The finger pull is 2" long X 7/16" wide. The underhook opening is 3/16" for a full length of 1/4". Do you have this replacement part? If not, do you have a suggestion as to another part that would work. Thank you.

Hello,

Take a look at our 26-234 tilt latch actuator. Compare the dimensions on our product page, especially the fork in the picture, to make sure that they match up to your part and will work as a replacmenet. Let us know if you have any more questions. Thank you!
