Im looking for the correct part number and diy instructions for the replacement pivot lock shoes for Pennco windows that were newly installed in '99-'00.

Thanks for contacting us, Dieter. Please see our 15-208 pivot shoe. Do you think this could be it? You may want to remove your shoe from the window to confirm that the style and measurements are the same.
