Tilt Window Replacement Sash Pivot Bars

Hello. i could not find a similar sash pivot bar to replace in my window, can you please take a look at the pictures and advise. Thanks,

Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-167, which commonly uses our 26-449 pivot bar. Compare our dimensions to yours to confirm if they match up. It does have a double horn to your single horn, but that shouldn't matter so much.
