Good afternoon!
I would like to replace qty 2 spiral balances for a tilt window.
The diameter measures 3/8". The tip is blue.
As shown in the attached pictures, the length measures 19 1/2"; I measured both balances to confirm.
Which size should I go with?
Also, I am replacing everything that goes along with this assembly...would you recommend a charging tool, pivot shoe (which one), anything else?

Hello, Brad. I assume the 3/8" diameter includes the plastic balance cover; if so, consider our S900-20 tilt balance with a blue tip. Please note that our balance tubes are metal. You might find a charging tool helpful, as well. See our 75-006. As for the pivot shoe, I pulled up a few for you to match your old pivot shoe to, depending on the size. Check them out on the right side of this page.
