Tilt Window Spiral Balance

A quick learner from 20136 says:

My windows are so difficult to raise and make a loud clicking noise. My house is 15 years old and I was told that I need to replace the balances in the windows. I have taken pictures of the hardware which I hope will be helpful in helping me to identify the parts I need. They are 32" long.

It sounds like you need new balances, yes. You either have our Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube, or our Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube.
