Tilt Window Spiral Balance Pivot Bar

Not exactly sure what this part is called. It is found at the base of the bottom pane of a double hung window and fits into the plastic piece in the window track that helps pull the window up and down. This one snapped in half. Need a replacement and I cannot find the name of the manufacturer anywhere on the window.
