Tilt Window Spiral Balance Pivot Lock Shoe replacement

I'm looking for the Tilt Window Spiral Balance Pivot Lock Shoe replacement for my window balance. I just ordered the part:
(10) 26-402 : side mount pivot bar which goes into the shoe. Can I order just the white plastic part without the whole balance?

Hey, Bobby. The pivot shoe appears to match our 15-216. Just make sure the measurements are the same.

In addition to the pivot shoe, can I also order the small piece of white plastic that connects the pivot shoe the metal piece?
