Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the stamp code only indicates the tension needed to support the weight of the window. To determine the correct replacement, we would need to see your balance assembly fully removed from the window. Make sure to include both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!

Hi guys I hope you guys can be able to help me with the right window balances I'm adding some pictures hopefully that help I'll be waiting for your guys respond thanks Sergio.
The Chanel size is 35" long I hope that helps thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the channel balance shown in your photo. I would recommend reaching out to the window manufacturer directly since they would have proprietary ownership of this balance assembly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
