Tilt Window part broken unable to identify -please help

Hi,
Thanks in Advance, I have attached the right side and left side -which is broken and need your help in locating the part for me.

Thank you for posting. It's hard to tell exactly what you have while it is still installed in your sash, but check out either o ur 26-021 or 26-241 and see if any of these could possibly work for you.

Thank you, please clarify if i need to get pivot bar come with attaching screws? as its shown on the unbroken one?

Our pivot bars do not come with screws. You can re-use the old ones, or take the old one in to a local hardware store to have them match up.
