Tilt Window sash spring balancer

Question

Window is a double hung window that tilts out. Not sure of the brand of window. Metal part is 26" long and has 26B ok BSI stamped on it.

Hello! This looks like our S795-26 channel balance. The only major difference I see is that your old pivot shoe has an "open" cam, which would be a match for our 15-195B. This shoe is sold separately. The video below shows you how you can install it on a newly purchased S795-26.
