Hello ! We have these tilt out, double hung windows that were here when we bought our house, 20 years ago.
We cannot find any part numbers or even the name of the window manufacturer. We need one, spiral balance
and the top and bottom hardware that accompanies the spiral. This one as you see in the photos, does not have
a tube. It is 1/4" diameter. If there is a installation tool that we need to install the spiral, we will need to purchase
that as well. Can you identifiy the part from these photos and let us know the part numbers so that we can order ?
