Tilt down window latch

A home owner from California says:
June 5, 2019

The screw holes are 2 1/2" apart.

The latch measures 1" X 3 5/8"

Which latch should I order?

I need approximately 24.

The windows go up and down and the latches release and tilt the window so it can be cleaned.
