Tilt guides for Duralite window

Windows would not go up all the way. Upon inspection I could see the left side was cracked t the bottom and the window wouldn't stay in the slot for the guide. Also in the picture is a window ID number.

This is a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. Let me know if you have any further questions.
