Tilt-in Window Balance Rod plus parts

Question

I need to replace both of these. Rods are 35 in long, ? in diameter. They have blue tips, which I didn't see in the on line examples. it is a big window. I'll need two of the bottom pieces, as well.

Hi Mike,

We'd be happy to help you find the part you need but I'm afraid these photos don't tell me everything I need to know. It's possible that you may have our S600-35 spiral balance but I can't be sure because your tip seems to be broken off or corroded. Also, we do not have a green or blue tip option for this balance so we'll need to know the exact weight of your sash to determine if our balance can support your sash.

As for your pivot shoe, we would need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window, along with the exact width and thickness, to recommend a replacement for you. Thank you!
