Tilt-in Window, plastic release. installed on the top of the bottom window

Question

These pieces are broken on several of my windows.  There is no name or number on the window.  If you can identify these and the manufacturer, that would be wonderful.   I just bought the house, and feel sure I will need some other replacement items for them as well.

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact replacement for this latch but it is similar to our 26-126. Take a look and see if you could use this as a substitute based on the dimensions on our product page. Thank you!
