No markings that are legible, I think it has #2 on back but not 100% sure.
Please help me identify.

Hi there!
I recommend our 15-180 pivot shoe based on what I see here. For the compatible coil springs, see the 1/2" Series 190. We also sell the 15-186 support but you can reuse the old one if it's in good shape.
