Tilt in vinyl window latch right and left sides

A home owner from Rockaway, NJ says:
December 29, 2019
The latch holds the window from tilting in. It is 2 5/8" long and 3/4" wide
I need both right and left side latches. There are no identifying names or numbers on the windows.
